Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aurora Sparq and the Isabella AI experience (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

Aurora Sparq provides an AI-powered conversational experience. Responses are generated by software. The persona is fictional. The Service is for entertainment and companionship-style interaction. It is not a real human, therapist, medical provider, lawyer, or emergency service.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Free and paid plans may be offered with different limits and features.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe (or another processor we designate).
• Fees, features, and limits may change; material changes to paid plans will be communicated in-product or by email when practical.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• You can cancel renewal through the available customer portal or by contacting support; access typically continues through the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or our systems without authorization
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to exploit, abuse, or harm minors (zero tolerance)
• Upload malware or attempt to reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law
• Resell or misuse the Service in a way that violates these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. AI content and limitations

• AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate.
• Do not rely on the Service for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
• Conversation quality may vary by plan, usage, and system load.

7. Your content

You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service (including AI processing and memory features). You are responsible for what you choose to share.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Aurora Sparq or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURORA SPARQ AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your location provide otherwise.
